Engtec Consulting Inc. provides turnkey project management services for the rehabilitation or reconstruction of the exposed outside infrastructure on the properties managed by QuadReal and BentallGreenOak in Ontario. Engtec services include engineering reviews and geotechnical investigation, preparation of engineering reports, cost estimates, bid documents preparation, undertaking the bidding process, compilation of all the bids and undertaking analysis, providing recommendations and managing the construction activities in the field that include coordinating the schedule and stages on the project as required. At the end of the project, Engtec also provides contractor payment certification services for our clients.
